Our Blocks are totally unique, allowing you to pick the perfect portion each time and control how you eat them as well.
We suggest 1 Block on toast, 2 Blocks in a wrap or bap & 3 Blocks with rice or pasta... but if you're super hungry you can for 4 or more Blocks. Frozen Blocks mean longer shelf life and less food waste! 😎
4 Blocks are comparable in weight to a supermarket-ready meal but most of our customers use less than this to feed 1 person. Check out our recipes here for inspiration and get experimenting in the kitchen. 👀
