How do I delay my order?Updated 16 days ago

If your payment has been taken, please contact the team and we’ll do our best to help! We usually need at least 48 hours to make changes to an order before it’s prepped and packed. 

If the order has not been charged, you can amend your delivery date via your account.


Please do not amend a delivery date with the courier. We send all of our orders for next-day dispatch as they are frozen. Our couriers cannot guarantee the ability to safely store frozen orders if delayed, so if you need a hand, please drop us an email at [email protected] or on our WhatsApp on 07942 333689 before we send out your order.
