What if I'm out if my delivery arrives?Updated a year ago

We know that life can be busy and you're not always at home, but it's still possible to get your tasty Blocks when you're out and about. 😎 

DPD has instructions to leave the box in a safe place - if you haven't specified one, they'll likely leave it on the doorstep! If you feel like there's a chance your box will be pinched from your doorstep then it's worth contacting us to reschedule your delivery.

Our boxes will stay frozen into the evening thanks to our fully recyclable insulating packaging - ready for you to pop in the freezer when you get home.

DPD will send you an email with tracking information on the day of delivery. Here you can track your order to your door, leave more detailed delivery instructions, or add in some info about your preferred safe place.
