When do you deliver?
We deliver our tasty Blocks every week Tuesday-Friday. Get your orders in by midnight Sunday to guarantee delivery for that week. Your shipment can arrive anytime between 8 am-6 pm. Our courier (DPD or DHL) will text or email you with a 1hr delivery
What if I'm out if my delivery arrives?
We know that life can be busy and you're not always at home, but it's still possible to get your tasty Blocks when you're out and about. 😎. Our courier has instructions to leave the box in a safe place - if you haven't specified one, they'll likely
How long do the Blocks stay frozen?
Thanks to our fully recyclable insulating packaging, your Blocks stay frozen into the evening on delivery day. It’s normal for the dry ice to have evaporated by the time you unpack your box. The insulated liner will still be doing its job keeping you
What's the minimum delivery?
We ship all our orders use next-day couriers with insulated boxes and dry ice, so unfortunately it's not cost effective to send fewer than 4 packs. To unlock free delivery, add 6 packs to your order!
